Booking Terms and Conditions.
Provisional bookings will be accepted by E-mail (via the website booking form) or telephone.
All bookings are subject to a 25% deposit.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. For late bookings - i.e. those made within 6 weeks of occupation - the full balance must be paid immediately when booking.
A £250 refundable breakages deposit (paid by Cheque) is required to cover any damage to the property. Deposits will be refunded after departure following necessary checks.
